You can do this by yourself too, I inserted the I-frames at the appropiate frames.

There are 2 sub tracks. The default is from ayako, the second is Shin-GX Genjo. The typesetting on Shin is too obnoxious, so I opt for ayako.

The BD image doesn't look as crappy when I open it in avisynth as it looks on your screencap.
